DEVELOPMENT & REVIEW OF QIPs
Whether it be for a new service or as part of your service’s ongoing operations, we can work with you to create a user friendly and accurate Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
We tailor your service’s QIP to suit your budget and needs including offering advices on how to best manage and update your QIP in-service, preparing the QIP document and or offering ongoing review and ad hoc advices. As part of our partnership with you, we want to assist you in understanding the requirements of developing and maintaining a QIP under the National Quality Framework and understand the compulsory self-assessment and quality-improvement processes of early childhood settings.

ASSESSMENT OF QIPs & STAFF COLLABORATION
A Quality Improvement Plan can support early childhood services in assessing their current performance. If designed well, it can be used to regularly recognise strengths and areas for improvement and will support the continuous improvement of your service.
Whether prompted by Assessment & Rating or as part of your own internal reviews, we can work in partnership with you to unpack your service’s QIP, use realistic assessments of current practices and work with your staff to reflect on practice and identify areas for improvement over time.
We can workshop assessment with staff either in-service or remotely. -
AD HOC ADVICE
Whether you are a boutique childcare centre or a large service, you may wish to initially obtain our initial advices on certain aspects of your QIP. For example, you may wish to better understand how your service’s QIP sits with other industry QIPs, or may wish to reach out for assistance in relation to a specific National Quality area.
This is a flexible, budget friendly service that allows you to drive specific advice or obtain a general third party feedback on your service’s QIP.
